Systems Accountant / Project Lead - Healthcare


Your new company

A healthcare company who are a recent start-up, integrated with technology, who specialise in delivering medical services to patients. They provide solutions for its partners that are tailored and detailed. They are currently building out their finance function and are looking for a Systems accountant to come on board to take ownership of a systems implementation from start to finish.

Your new role

They are looking for a Systems accountant to lead the implementation of a new accounting system for the company. You would firstly need to scrutinise documentation of the as-is Finance landscape and a gap analysis. Next you will need to be involved in suggesting suitable accounting alternatives and scoping solutions, taking full ownership of the process. Finally, you would lead the more technical tasks such as the data migration, integration and training users on the new system. This is an exciting new opportunity to lead an entire project, take ownership of a process from start to finish, and see out a new project from inception.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA with experience in systems implementations from scratch. You will ideally have experience in start up or SME businesses and have successfully delivered projects of similar nature. Healthcare experience ideal.
