The purpose of this role will be to manage debts, maximise debt collection either by telephone, letter or email. In this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have monthly cash targets and tight deadlines to meet. Duties will include: Maintaining records Achieve monthly set cash targets Escalate debtor concerns Raise Legal Action (when required) Monitoring outstanding client payments Ensuring timely payment of debts Contacting clients using a variation of efficient methods.
