Full time Credit Controller Hours: Temporary Maternity cover (3 -12 months) starting January 2019. This will be a full-time post to cover maternity leave and will consist of 40 hours each week, Monday to Friday. The core hours will be 9-6 each day but some flexibility may be agreed.

£18-£19.5k p.a. depending upon experience and skills Our client is the UK's fastest growing multi-vendor IT and telecoms repair service, and is committed to extending the working life of legacy IT and telecoms equipment - irrespective of its age or manufacturer. In line with their continued success, our client is currently looking for a Full Time Credit Controller to join the team. The position will focus on the credit control function across our client's UK offices. However, other supporting tasks for the Accounts department will also be required. Duties Include: Ensuring that customers pay within their agreed credit terms through monitoring and following up payment requests. Reporting monthly on the credit control targets Monitoring the account status and credit limits of our customers. Setting up new customers on our system (SAGE 200)? Posting and allocating receipts Processing contras as required Issuing credit notes as required Dealing with Tax residency certificates Producing statements Dealing with invoices and purchase orders, inter - company reconciliations, ordering office supplies, hospitality, and general administration tasks. The Successful Candidate: Will have several years of experience in working in the credit control function. They should preferably have knowledge of Sage 200 and experience of a variety of Accounting functions. The start date for this post is early January and some initial training will be provided.
