A Payroll Assistant Manager is being recruited for a rapidly growing chartered accountancy - this role is a newly created position and will require the successful candidates to carry out the following duties: Overseeing the production of a high number of client payrolls - making sure that all are processed accurately and on time; signing off all payrolls and dealing with escalated queries. You will assist with the management of the team & developing the team, identifying areas of improvement and training needs. Completing appraisals and one to ones. Working with new clients and ensuring a smooth on boarding process. In order to have been considered for this role you must have worked on STAR software before and processed client payrolls.
