Our client, a reputable international investment bank with about 600 million USD own-capital, is looking for a CFO . 1. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development of IFRS 9 compliant model for stress testing, scenario analysis and ICAAP/ILAAP documentation. - Draft and own ICAAP/ILAAP documentation. - Draft financial sections of Regulatory business plan. - Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. - Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team. - Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced. - Oversee the company's transaction processing systems. - Implement operational best practices. - Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package. - Provide support and report to CEO and the board of the organisation. - Supervise existing functions on investment and acquisitions due diligences. - Review new business areas in regards to financial aspects. - Lead a team that owns the creation, maintenance and evolution of the firm's budget and financial accounts. - Senior manager role with regulators, leading regulatory reporting and compliance from a financial standpoint. 2. Requirements - Minimum 10 years' experience in similar roles within UK financial market - Considerable knowledge and extensive experiences of progressive responsibilities for a major company or division of a large financial corporation. - Able to build IFRS 9 complain models. - Has previously drafted and owned ICAAP/ILAAP documents. - Has an exceptional understanding of the regulatory environment in UK/European banking. - Ability to work in a multicultural environment. - Strong work ethic with collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork 3.
