Opportunity This company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join its vibrant, ambitious and hard-working team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a varied and interesting all-round accounts role that will require you to work towards strict targets. The company will offer AAT study support, if required and there is plenty of career progression available for the right person. Role Please find an outline of some of the duties :- Weekly reconciliations of petty cash Investigate any variances on group reconciliations, including the preparation of a weekly reports Produce period end journals for each site reconciliation Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations Processing BACS payment Posting of journals Processing cheque payment requests Experience Required Experience in a similar role is essential, ideally in a transactional volume led finance team Excellent attention to deal Exposure to balance sheet reconciliations is essential.
