upto 21,000 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team. Duties: Inputting of Sales and Purchase invoices on Sage Matching supplier orders to invoices and checking prices, etc Posting payments and receipts on Sage Reconciling of supplier and customer accounts on Sage Posting journals on Sage Checking bank and making payments accordingly Preparing the month end supplier payment run General administration duties Dealing with supplier and customer queries Chasing payments from customer Taking credit card payments Experience Required: Experience of Sage Accounts Experience of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook Good telephone manner Good communicator To be considered for this position, please send an up to date c.v outlining your current work history.
