A great opportunity to join a reputable organisation and a dynamic, forward-thinking team.Main responsibilities include:Production of consolidated statutory annual accounting in compliance with UK GAAP (FRS102) for the parent company and its subsidiariesLeading on planning, and management of, the audit process being the point of contact for auditor queriesWorking with the Finance Manager in preparing consolidated management accountsManage the month end close processLiaising with the organisation's 4 international offices to ensure timely submission of consolidated subsidiary accountsThe successful candidate will:Be an ACA or ACCA qualified AccountantHave significant experience preparing statutory accounts (consolidated accounts, UK GAAP, FRS102) and of running an auditBe confident, and experienced with, supporting multiple overseas officesHave excellent Excel skills
