Purchase Ledger Supervisor Nottingham city centre. Great opportunity for experienced purchase ledger / accounts payable clerk with proven supervisory experience to make a progressive career move and take responsibility for a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks and look after the Purchase Ledger function within this well-established organisation, ensuring that the department runs efficiently and effectively. As Purchase Ledger Supervisor your main responsibilities will include: Allocating work Producing rotas Processing purchase invoices and credit notes, including matching delivery notes and price checking Dealing with price and delivery queries daily Compiling weekly payment runs Assisting with the reconciliation of supplier statements Previous supervisory experience is essential, as are effective Word and Excel skills and a great telephone manner.
