If you can constructively challenge and interrogate figures and have the drive to build a career in financial services, this could be the ideal role for you. You will: Input Capital Gains Tax Data Produce Capital Gains Tax reports Identify and resolve issues Review price warning reports Liaise with Executives Liaise with Operations staff Train new CGT staff Ensure you offer the highest level of service to the business Ensure your knowledge of applicable rules and regulations are maintained Your qualities and qualifications: You can constructively challenge and interrogate figures You have good analytical and problem-solving skills You will be able to work independently and as part of a team You will be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines You ensure a high level of professionalism is maintained always You will have a good knowledge of the Stock Exchange You will have excellent knowledge of securities and equities history You will have an excellent understanding of CGT rules and legislation You will have knowledge of Trust rules and legislation You will have knowledge of Corporate Actions You will have good literacy and numeracy skills This role could also suit a bright Mathematics graduate or someone who has worked in an Accountancy practice focusing on tax returns.
