Interim Corporate Accountant

INTERIM CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED FOR INSURER BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Your new company
Your new company is a US owned insurance business, you will be based in their UK office in their UK Finance team. They operate within the Lloyd's market and have undergone a period of change and growth.

Your new role
Sitting in their UK Finance team you will be responsible for all of the quarterly US GAAP reporting into the group in the US. You will be responsible for the year end reporting requirements and involved in the audit process. They have gone through change recently so you will be involved in updating processes and controls and providing technical accounting advise.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience in the insurance sector. You will be technically strong with experience reporting under US GAAP. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return
You will be on an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend. You will be on a daily rate of £450/day and working in an impressive finance function in a business going through an exciting period of growth.
