My client is currently looking for a Head of Finance to join their national firm to enhance the commercial and financial business performance This organisation generates its revenue by providing services to a variety of small to medium scale projects. With strong growth across key markets the organisation is position well in a competitive market. This highly specialised company has presented the opportunity for an accomplished Head of Finance to enhance the commercial and financial performance of the business. Provide day-to-day leadership to the Finance team across multiple sites around the region. Review the financial and commercial performance of the company, proactive management of cash and working capital, statutory and tax reporting, and have input into the yearly strategic plans. Work closely with the MD to add value into their business in terms of tenders, pricing and customer insights and initiative's. This critical position requires ACA qualification with minum 2 years industry experience along with demonstrated leadership skills from a highly complex operational environment. You will have a hands on approach to solving problems, a can do attitude and strong leadership capabilities are also critical in this role. This position is very operational and thus a mixture of financial and commercial experience is desired.
