Role As Financial Controller you will be number 1 on site for finance working hand in hand with the company's MD. You will be have a desire to work within a hands on and busy environment providing guidance and support to ensure that the company's business forecasts are viable. You will have the desire to exceed expectations to help the business over-achieve its goals. Heading up the finance division will enable you to look at best practices in order to manage continued improvement of the business efficiency. This will be achieved by managing all financial, IT systems, company secretarial, taxation and administrative aspects of the Company. Profile In order to be considered for this position you must; - Qualified ACA or ACCA and 2 year's PQE - Have experience of Audit either within a previous business or practice - Have a dynamic and strategic view of business - Hands on approach - Strong project management background - Experience of presenting to board members and shareholders alike - Posses strong commercial acumen Company The company was set up in 2012 and has exceeded expectations since.
