We are recruiting for a skilled Payroll Clerk on a permanent basis as soon as possible. Our client, based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre, are keen to secure the best Payroll professionals to work within the team and take responsibility for a range of Payroll administration tasks to support a very busy payroll department. Your role is likely to include the set up of all information relating to new starters and leaver administration, you will support your Payroll colleagues with all aspects of a busy payroll - accurately inputting all employee and pay information, dealing with employee queries and resolving issues. If you enjoy high volumes, dealing with queries and achieving deadlines this role would be suited to you. The successful candidates should already possess a fantastic work ethic as this department busy, demanding and offer excellent chance for future progression. You should already have payroll experience working in a high volume environment and have recent experience of processing weekly payrolls ideally. You should have good knowledge of payroll legislation and have a working knowledge of all forms / paperwork. Strong IT skills are important as well.
