Payroll Specialist
Due to expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a reputable business based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Working in partnership with their external payroll provider, you will be taking overall responsibility for ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Duties include: Enter all working hours on to the payroll system Calculating overtime, on call allowance, holiday and statutory payments Ensuring any bonuses are paid correctly Processing expenses Ensure compliance with Auto-enrolment, updating new starters and contribution changes Administration of Childcare voucher scheme, Private medical scheme Other duties as required to assist the team Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Level 3 in Business & Administration/Bookkeeping/Finance or equivalent Previous experience of providing a payroll service for 100 staff IT Literate, especially Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills This role is to work 32 hours per week, with working hours/day being flexible.
