Following an internal restructure they are now looking to recruit for someone to join in a finance role that doesn't require that much experience. Working closely with the Supervisor of the team, the successful candidate will ideally have between six months and a year's experience in accounting and your duties will include; Recording, processing, approval of invoices Setting up payments Seeking authorisation for invoices from relevant managers Resolving internal and external queries Ad hoc duties The suitable candidate will ideally have around a year's experience working in finance, preferably purchase ledger as development and training will be given. A good understanding of Excel and Word is very important and excellent communication skills are essential. A keen eye for detail, the ability to follow instruction and meet deadlines are also very important attributes. This business has a history of staff development and training and whilst this role will initially be relatively entry-level, there will be great scope to grow within the business over time.
