Responsibilities:
Finance Business Partnering Support the production of the Monthly Business review, ensuring that performance is analysed and reported accurately and comprehensively. Ensuring payroll routines are accurate, timely and controlled. Support in producing the monthly forecast with appropriate and robust tracking to actual and MI, reporting variances as appropriate. Work closely with cost centre managers to track monthly actual results vs budget and forecast and provide clear explanations of variances. Ensure remedial action to minimise any budget surplus/deficit. Help support the monthly and annual forecast/budget submissions and liaise with Group Finance to ensure performance is understood for Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and Key Performance Indicators. Management Accounts Ensure review of management accounts meets reporting deadlines, and that accounts are accurate and fully understood by the leadership team. Recommend adjustments during the review process as necessary to the management accountant. Provide additional strategic narrative on top of finance manager's analysis of results and make recommendations accordingly. Your Profile The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified and have experience of reporting management accounts. Any relevant experience of reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis is highly desirable. You will need to be extremely organised and adaptable to deadlines and large workloads.
