Responsibilities:
Full responsibility and ownership of the month-end process Completion of the management accounts in a timely manner, ready for review with the Finance Lead, Real Estate Transformation Variance analysis; current month actuals vs forecast and movements in full year forecast Capitalising spend where appropriate and ensuring supporting back-up is in place to meet Capita Group requirements Assisting the Finance Lead with the Business Planning process Assisting the Finance Lead with FM Supplier Management Assisting the Finance Lead with the internal and external reporting of financial performance across various stakeholders Support the Finance Lead with year-end Audit/ statutory accounts queries Key skills: The ability to deliver against deadlines Strong written and verbal communications skills Intermediate level Excel skills The ability to question and challenge, as appropriate, on own initiative Desirable skills: Advanced level Excel skills Knowledge of SAP/ Axiom financial software packages Essential experience/Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) / QBE (1- 2 years in a similar role) What's in it for you?
