Key Responsibilities of Associate Director - Change Delivery Ownership of a portfolio of change projects, or project managing significant initiatives Chairing steering committees and other senior governance groups effectively Co-ordinating with senior business and technology representatives to strategically drive forward the change agenda Ensuring business / operational readiness for the projects or portfolios Provide support and guidance to Project Managers within the Change Delivery team Liaison with senior stakeholders across departments Essential skills of Associate Director - Change Delivery Extensive programme / large scale project management skills Experience in a UK Retail Platform Operations or Transfer Agency environment and an understanding of the UK Fund distribution market Collaboration and Stakeholder management; globally First-rate communication and presentation skills with ability to host and manage meetings with large / senior audiences.
