Payroll Clerk
Company: An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Clerk in the Leigh area working on behalf of a service provider organisation who are a true leader in their field. This is a great opportunity to work a flexible working pattern over 4 or 5 days per week within an organisation that truly value their employees. Main Job Role: Providing a timely, accurate and efficient payroll service for the business Assisting with monthly payroll to include processing SSP, SMP and SPP Creating & issuing payslips Dealing with any payment discrepancies if they arise Responsible for producing payroll reports using Excel Ad-hoc payroll and administrative duties as and when required Responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge of payroll legislation Person Specification: Previous payroll experience on a similar level Knowledge of payroll systems and the ability to pick systems up quickly Familiar with Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel Good attention to detail & accuracy skills Excellent communication skills For more information or a confidential discussion please contact Justine now on or email your CV for immediate consideration
