Why do we want you? - We want you because you are an exceptional CIPP qualified Payroll Manager with international payroll experience. Main Purpose of Role: - You'll be working in a small but perfectly formed payroll team of 2 in this role and your remit will be international payroll covering the processing of approximately 200 staff via a number of different payrolls. The countries will include the US, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands and Malaysia but we're a growing company so that may increase further. - Your role will be to ensure that staff on all payrolls are paid accurately and on-time, in accordance with a variety of pay dates and obviously making sure all statutory and voluntary deductions from pay are made accurately and in a timely way. - You'll be covering the UK payroll processing in the absence of your team member but thats not your main focus. - It would be really helpful if you have experience of running payroll in Spain but if not, international experience is essential. - It goes without saying that you'll have fantastic attention to detail and you'll be diligent in your approach to devising and implementing regular audit checks in advance of annual audit process. - There is obviously more to this role such as GDPR compliance and reporting but we don't want to bog you down with too much text. We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes You will also need: - Experience in the same or similar role including preparation and submission of P11Ds and the equivalent and of managing multiple overseas payrolls - CIPP Qualified - Strong Excel abilities with aptitude for learning new systems - Subject matter expert in respect of all aspects of UK and international payroll processing - Organised and able to manage conflicting priorities - Understanding of GDPR and how it impacts the payroll function - Ability to manage multiple tasks, across payrolls, with different deadlines - Discretion and confidentiality essential - Systems administration experience would be desirable - End-to-end UK payroll processing on high volume monthly payroll - Experience of working on PAYE Settlement Agreements and of using MHR's 'iTrent' software would be desirable %MCEPASTEBIN
