Payroll and Pensions Officer - West Suffolk College - Bury St Edmunds -Permanent - £23,679 - £25,288 per annum depending on experience. Look no further We are looking to recruit an exceptional Payroll and Pensions Officer who has a passion for customer service, great attention to detail and wants to part of an exciting journey with the finance team. Role Responsibilities Administration of the Teachers' Pension and Local Government Pension schemes. Assist in processing a payroll of approx. 1000 staff including managers, full and part-time lecturers and business support staff. Process monthly and annual returns to HMRC, Teachers Pension and Local Government Pension Schemes. Calculation, validation and payment of monthly deductions of National Insurance, Tax, Pensions etc to external agencies Liaise closely with Human Resources department for any payroll and pension changes and queries. Required qualifications, skills and experience NVQ Level 3 qualified or working towards the qualification.
