The successful candidate will have a history of senior finance experience in private equity companies and ideally will have extensive merger and acquisition exposure. Responsibilities -Production of group accounts and consolidation of portfolio companies -Analysis of new site and investment appraisal -Investor relations -Business partner with CEO to succeed in business expansion -Liaison with subsidiary companies senior management -M&A of company investments Desired Skills -ACA qualified -Private equity investment experience -Extensive M&A experience -Private equity exit experience
