Description

This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.

The duties include:

  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Processing purchase invoices - matching, bathing and coding
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Dealing with supplier queries

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
  • Be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment - Essential
  • Have experience using MS Excel - Essential
  • Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
  • Have strong attention to detail - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Generous annual leave
