Description
This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Processing purchase invoices - matching, bathing and coding
- Processing purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment - Essential
- Have experience using MS Excel - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
- Have strong attention to detail - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Generous annual leave
