Permanent Credit Controller based in Dundee, Salary Negotiable depending on Experience + Excellent Benefits

Your new company

My established and growing business based in Dundee are looking for a Credit Controller to join their business on a permanent basis. Salary is negotiable depending on experience + 30 days annual leave and competitive pension.

Your new role

You will be in charge of the full credit management process for your appointed clients. This will involve processing a high volume of sales invoices, setting up accounts, billing, building relationships and then chasing any outstanding debt. You will liaise and engage with internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure that billing and invoicing is completed in a timely manner. You will process and raise sales invoices on a daily basis, liaise with the Customer Support Team to drive process improvements from order entry through to billing. You will maintain accurate records and resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices. You will build and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience within credit control and have a strong passion for customer service. You will take ownership and accept accountability. You will be experienced working in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work calmly under pressure. You will be a confident communicator with proven ability to build long lasting client relationships.
