Your new role
Reporting to the group Finance Director remotely and a driven, commercial Director locally, this role will be the most senior finance position in the South West, for this organisation. As this is a small finance team (currently two direct reports) your position here will be very hands on. However your commercial insight and strategic input will also be listened to and valued. Duties to include :


* Oversight, management and control of company finance
* Providing financial & management information to directors
* Monthly management accounts
* Preparation of budget & financial forecasts and reporting on variances
*Preparation of annual statutory accounts
* Preparation of monthly / Quarterly / Annual Statutory Returns
* Preparation of head office returns
* Credit control - involvement in collection of cash owed
* Management of a small tram of finance professionals

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience of leading and owning a finance function / team
Professional qualifications (ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Candidates qualified by experience considered
Experience gained in Automotive industry a preference
