Accounts Assistant
A hands on Bookkeeper is required to work for a very friendly team at an established business near Carnforth
Your new company
Your new company is an extremely unique business in the service industry, seeking an AAT Qualified or a Qualified by Experience Bookkeeper to join a small team.
Your new role
Your new role will be full accountancy support using SAGE. You will also support with Payroll and produce Monthly Management Accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate a solid background in Bookkeeping, ideally have AAT Qualifications or be Qualified by Experience with a proven track record in a busy finance role working up to Management Accounts level. You will have an excellent eye for detail and be experienced in reconciling accounts and possess the natural ability to face problems head on and to solve issues and queries promptly. This role would suit an Accounts professional who would like to work locally and who enjoys working in an SME environment, with the opportunity to become involved in other projects and ad hoc work as it arises.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary based on level of experience and qualifications, between £19,000 - £25,000 Per Annum. Full training and support will be given as this person moving on from this role will be on hand for a very thorough handover period.
