Finance Manager Advanced Level Sun Accounting South Kensington Reports to: Financial Controller About Us Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit experienced Senior Finance Managers / Junior Finance Controller. One for 4CAST - which produces Global Economic Research Analysis & Real-Time Commentary on FX, Fixed Income Instruments for 92 Countries About 4CAST Role The financial research subscription contracts are managed in Sun RI and Sun Accounting Systems. The subscription contract management is being moved onto Zuora and Accounting System is being moved onto Sage Financial, both systems are cloud based. Key Tasks include: 1) Financial Operations Data Entry into Accounting System Daily Revenue Reconciliation between Invoices & Accounting system Daily Bank reconciliations Manage creditor payments: checking, recording, obtaining authorisations and arranging payment of supplier invoices Operate Sage payroll Production of VAT returns 2) General ledger Responsibility for maintaining, accurate general ledger Regular reconciliation of all accounts Month end processes and journal entries 3) Financial reporting Produce monthly management accounts Produce additional reports as requested Respond to ad hoc queries on financial matters Year end statutory accounts and schedules About You Fully qualified ACCA, ACA or similar( UK qualification is preferred) 3 years of experience as Finance Manager in the UK You are proficient with Sage Accounting or Sun Accounting systems user Please note your system skills will be tested during the interview You are Dynamic, quick learner, with excellent communication skills Hands on, completer-finisher Innovative Like M&A work Able to grow with the company Happy to work long hours as needed Are already in London with an easy commute to Gloucester Road Tube Station You do not need any UK permits Process Please apply here and our client will be in direct contact Interview at 1 Harrington Gardens, SW7 4JJ We look forward to developing your career with us This advert is being managed by Partners of Research Ltd. trading as Hiring People.
