My Client, a growing ecommerce business are looking to hire a dynamic credit controller to join their finance team based in the City of London. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years worth of experience and you must be able to speak French fluently. Responsibilities Outbound/Inbound Calls - Roughly 100x a day Chasing outstanding payments Negotiating of settlement figures Dealing with inbound 'Collections' emails Resolving customer queries in a timely manner Consistently meet challenging yet achievable targets Skills Required Excellent customer service Self-motivated Ability to negotiate Working under pressure in a fast-paced, target driven environment Proactive and able to think on their feet
