Ref: 13277 Accounts Payable Supervisor £22,000 - £25,000 doe My client operates in an exciting, fast paced, competitive industry, with multiple sites including a large purpose-built office on the outskirts of Exeter Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for a small team, to ensure that suppler invoices are processed accurately and efficiently to meet monthly deadlines. Working in a highly automated environment, with multiple IT systems, the ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring and motivating the team, whilst seeking improvements in processes and controls. Duties and responsibilities will include: Conducting staff reviews Managing escalated queries and resolving issues Assisting with providing forecast and actual payment run values for cash flow purposes Review of aged creditors report, highlighting areas of interest To be shortlisted for the role you will need to have significant purchase ledger experience and some previous experience of people management or supervision.
