AR Supervisor

Working with a local Oldham based client we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Supervisor who will manage the Billings team. The team's key functions include invoice creation, contract adherence and transition to new systems. The role reports to the Credit and Billing Manager.

• Manage the Billings team (c5 FTEs). Key functions; task allocation, performance, personal development, coaching and training
• Supervise and support the completion of month end postings, reconciliations and reports to a demanding timeframe
• Create and distribute accurate receivable transactions (invoices and credit notes) within multiple EPR systems from key source records to agreed deadlines
• Able to translate contractual terms in to meaningful billing data using multiple systems
• Partner the business needs of the internal stakeholders
• Customer liaison to support query resolution both verbally and in written forms
• Set-up and maintain customer accounts and contract terms within the finance system
• Adherence to policies and procedures, including SOX framework
