Interim Finance & Operations Manager

Your new company
Our client is an ad reporting media tech company that are growing at a rapid pace. They are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join them for 9-12 months. Our client is an international accommodation company going through a steady period of growth. They are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to come on board for an initial 6 month period, however there is the potential for this role transition to permanent.

Your new role
As Finance & Operations Manager you will be the sole charge in finance, managing the day to day running of the finance team and you will also be involved in planning and improving commercial MI. You will be performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations; updating financial models & cashflow forecasts in an ongoing basis; managing relations with external accountants, tax advisors and company lawyers. You will all ensure up to date book keeping and be managing the office operations.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a fully qualified accountant that is confident with using accounting software, preferably Xero but not essential. You need to have experience accounting for FX gains & losses with multicurrency and have produced in depth financial models and cash flow forecasts. You need to be a team player with excellent leadership and teamwork skills.

What you'll get in return
You will receive competitive payment of £325-£400 p/d and be based in a great Central London location. You will be taking a leadership role in finance and be at an exciting and growing media technology company.
