£70,000 package Llanelli Financial Controller role - manufacturing

Successful manufacturing subsidiary business in Llanelli, part of an international group. A chance to not only take on a number one role in Llanelli but also have a wider group wide impact with value add initiatives.


Your new role

Managing the plant finance team in a number one capacity - reporting to the Group FD and the Plant Director. Full Plant Controller duties. Annual budgets and five year plans, KPIs and commercial input. Work closely with the Plant Director on initiatives and new developments.


What you'll need to succeed

To be a talented manufacturing qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA - with at least three years post qualification experience. To be career driven. To exhibit first rate interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
