Commercial Finance Manager £55,000-£60,000 South London If you are a driven Finance Manager in a fast moving business where you are currently managing someone with strong budgeting and forecasting experience and you want your next step in an organisation that will challenge you and help you become a strong leader of the future; this is the role for you. I am looking for an exceptional Commercial Finance Manager to lead a team of two Finance Business Partners in delivering budgets, forecasts and analysis, business partnering with senior stakeholders and improving processes. The right candidate will have management experience - you will have helped someone grow and become better at summarising and presenting financial data to senior stakeholders and non-finance stakeholders. Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced environment and business partnered with Heads of commercial departments and Directors to cut costs, negotiate on pricing, forecast sales and improve the credibility of the finance team because you are credible and others respect you. In applying to this role I will be particularly interested in your key achievements - what have you done to improve the businesses you've worked for. Have you cut costs by 20% have you recruited a part qualified accountant and trained them up to qualify - sharing your knowledge and signing off their skills? Have you reduced reporting cycles by three days by automating processes with your excel skills. The Requirements for this role are: You must be a qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA or CIMA You must have managed at least one other person You must have experience budgeting and forecasting, business partnering with non-finance stakeholders Extra bits my client would appreciate, but are not compulsory: SAP experience (working with SAP) Transitioning from Sage to SAP Retail, FMCG, Clean Manufacturing sector experience or working for a division of a Global Brand.
