This is an exciting EMEA CCO opportunity supporting the asset management business of a larger US financial services company. You will be reporting into the Global Compliance Officer based in the US and overseeing a team of 3 in Europe. They have a small office in London office and focus on long only, multi-asset funds. Promote a strong compliance culture Lead, direct, and oversee the compliance team Advise the business's senior management or staff members on regulatory and compliance matters Serve as the technical resource with regards to EMEA compliance and regulatory matters Key requirements: Proven experience leading a compliance team/function Superior understanding of the regulatory structure in the UK and EU, especially of the FCA handbook A solutions focused compliance approach and strong business acumen
