My client is a mixed use developer with big growth plans. They are currently engaged in several high profile developments around the UK with a strong development pipeline. Due to this and, increased workload they require a Finance Manager to join them in a newly created role to assist the Financial Controller and manage a small team. Main responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts Statutory Accounts for all group companies Monthly cashflow reporting Reporting to Joint Venture partners and other external parties VAT/CIS returns and reporting Project/development accounting Preparing and updating appraisals for developments Implementation of new processes and procedures The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has worked in a small but growing business in the real estate sector. You will be able to work to strict deadlines and have experience of both corporate and project accounting. Excellent communication skills are a must due to the extensive stakeholder management that is required.
