The role The Project and Management Accountant is the Finance "engine room", whose primary purpose is to assume responsibility for management accounting and associated functions. Reporting to the Finance and Tax Manager this role will undertake finance systems projects and act as a business partner for the organisation, as well as performing any ad-hoc and general finance initiatives and projects. With responsibility for a team of 3, you will assure the production of high-quality management information which meets both statutory and internal KPI deadlines. The role will support team members in achieving their goals and review and analyse results, using business knowledge to add value to the analysis. This position is highly visible to the business operations and Executive team and should provide a first-class service in the provision of responsive, relevant information to aid business decision making. The candidate You will be a qualified accountant with a strong record of success and achievement in your career to date. Possessing an attribute for attention to detail, you will ensure accuracy is maintained in a fast-paced environment. With strong technical finance skills, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a passion for getting behind the numbers.
