Robert Half are partnered with a well known leisure business near Weybridge to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is very commercial facing and is to assist the Finance Business Partner with cost centre budget management. To assist in delivering accurate and timely monthly reports to the cost centre managers within the Divisions to enable them to understand their spend. Key Responsibilities Ensure all month end journals are completed on a timely basis Ensure all costs have been coded to the correct cost centre and reconcile all balance sheet codes To work with the cost centre owners within the Divisions you support to providing monthly cost centre & KPI reporting Work with cost centre owners to identify & understand reasons for variances to budgets Work with the cost centre owners to review current forecast on a monthly basis and assist in developing the numbers for the budgeting processes Support the Finance Business Partners providing information and reporting as required Partake in the creation & consolidation of the weekly flash reporting. To work with the wider Finance Business Partner team through a period of change in systems and service expectations to ensure best practices are implemented and reporting is consistent Qualifications & Experience Required: Part Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Experienced in working with and communicating with stakeholders in remote locations Be confident in person Experience in a commercially facing role.
