Finance Analyst - Accountancy - Edinburgh Finance Analyst - Financial Reporting - Financial Services - Scotland Rate : £225 - £250 Duration : 6 Months (view to extend) Start Date : ASAP - 4 Weeks Organisation : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a finance analyst within our highly regarded financial services client. Reporting to the head of finance, the analyst will be responsible for producing precise monthly management accounts whilst preparing accrual entries. Our client is looking for an experienced finance professional, ideally with an accounting degree. Key Skills : This is a Finance Analyst position and the successful candidate will have:
• 3 years' experience as a Finance Analyst within the financial services industry
• Extensive experience producing financial accounts for management on a monthly basis
• Ability to collate data and preparing financial reports accordingly
• Strong Excel skills ( SAGE)
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
• An Accountancy/Finance degree would be considered a distinct advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication
