The company is currently seeking to appoint a Trainee Assistant Accountant to add to their existing finance team. Your New Job As Trainee Assistant Accountant, you will benefit from significant prospects in training and development, including the opportunity to commence or continue to study towards a professional accountancy qualification. As a Trainee Assistant Accountant your role over time will be to work within one of the companies specialist departments processing Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger overseeing Cash flow projections and quotations, Costings, end of month bank reconciliations, VAT returns, Balance Sheets, and Management Accounts, whilst managing the financial data through bespoke systems and assisting with general ad-hock duties as required Your Experience & Our Requirements Previous experience of working in a finance setting is not essential as full training will be provided however a basic knowledge would be desirable. You should be able to demonstrate a high standard of academic qualifications Eg Finance or finance related Degree, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. As the successful applicant you should be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for pursuing a career in the finance industry and a desire to establish yourself and grow with the business.
