An entrepreneurial SME (who are part of a successful international group) are recruiting for a commercially astute Financial Controller to join their growing business. Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a team of two, this role will be responsible for preparing the management accounts and providing financial information to aid strategic decision making in a face paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and group consolidation Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Financial analysis and reporting management information Stakeholder management VAT returns Implement / improve internal processes and controls Lead the UK implementation of a new ERP system Desirables: Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience Confident and self motivated Excellent interpersonal skills Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
