Oakhill Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number 1 in finance to join a profitable, growing SME manufacturing business. This role reports into the directors, manages a small accounts team and has overall responsibility for the business's finances. Key aspects of this role will include; long-term business plans and strategy, identifying business risks and opportunities, financial reporting and communication, preparation and distribution of the company's Statutory Accounts, Monthly Management Accounts, budgets and forecasts, compliance with and computation of the company's tax returns, ensuring company compliance with legislation and payroll. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent, with hands on experience of all aspects of day to day company finance.
