Our Client is a growing Financial Services Group looking to appoint a Commercial Financial Controller with full oversight of management and financial reporting. Reporting to the Head of Finance and CFO, principle duties include; Oversee production of monthly management accounts, KPI's reporting on group entities and consolidation. Budgeting, monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends against financial forecasts; Preparation of annual statutory accounts across the Group's entities; Regulatory Reporting to a range of external bodies; Monitor Group cash flow and produce rolling projections; Liaise with Tax Advisers for Tax reporting and preparation of annual tax computations; Liaise with Senior Management to provide flash reports Lead the annual external audit; Ensure fixed asset registers are maintained with assets tagged and referenced; Implement and ensure continuous process improvement; Any other duties that may be required on an ad-hoc project basis. Person Profile ACA,ACCA Qualified Accountant with exposure to working in a commercial environment Proven people management skills with ability to motivate and lead a team. Stakeholder management and experience of reporting to senior management. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Strong commercial awareness with ability to adapt quickly to change Strong presentation skills.
