I am delighted to be recruiting the position of Senior Management Accountant to work within an award-winning manufacturer based in Upminster. They are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to support their Group Financial Controller. You will be expected to maintain and complete the daily financial and management accounting activities as well as work closely with the other members of the finance team and business partnering across various other areas of the business to improve efficiency and accuracy of the monthly reporting. The Job:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation and analysis of P&Ls
• Act as a business partner across various departments
• Balance sheet & intercompany reconciliations
• Liaising with audit teams
• Provide assistance with Tax Returns
• Stock valuation and analysis The Person:
• A finalist or qualified accountant in ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering
• Experience of stock valuation and analysis of variances would be a huge advantage
• Previous business partnering experience
