Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with our client in North Belfast to recruit for an experienced Accounts Assistant on a long term temporary basis. The role is expected to last around 6 months and the successful candidate will be offered £9.50-11 per hour depending on experience. Duties to include:
• Bank Reconciliation
• Posting and filing invoices
• Setting up new Supplier accounts
• Issuing statements and resolving supplier queries
• Preparation of ad hoc reports
• Associated accounts and admin duties Person Specification:
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Proactive and able to manage a busy workload
