Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to work in a supportive capacity to the Accounts department. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have attention to detail and be able to work alone and as part of a team in a high-volume environment. You will be an experienced person who has worked within the accounts department of a motor trade dealership using a DMS and have good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Duties will include; Daily Banking, Bank Statement Reconciliations, Cashflow Forecasts, Vehicle Dealbook (Post Costs, Income, Pay Settlements etc.), Petty Cash, Vehicle Stock Reconciliations, Purchase Ledger (Post Invoices, Reconcile Statements, Supplier Payments), Adhoc duties as and when required. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
