Role: Tax Senior

Lincoln Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

Salary:
£30,000 to £40,000 Our client, a leading independent accountancy practice in Lincoln, is seeking to appoint a tax specialist to its firm. Duties of the tax senior: Dealing with compliance tasks in concert with the Tax Manager for Companies, Individuals, Partnerships and Trusts. Dealing with Tax related queries and questions raised by internal team members and clients. Identifying tax saving opportunities. Assisting and taking control of ad-hoc tax projects across multiple types of Tax. Carry out initial tax reviews for companies and individuals. Assisting in developing processes from ideas of tax savings/adding value strategies. Preparation of tax advice reports. Assisting in following up of tasks/clients to ensure that the opportunities aren't missed out. Applicants to be either CTA, CTA studying, ATT qualified or nearly qualified, ACCA or ICAEW with a heavy tax bias and plenty of tax experience. This job would be best suited to a Tax Senior who has had prior experience of working in a client-facing role and who is now keen to develop their career further within a progressive Lincoln based accountancy firm.
