Reed Accountancy are currently looking for an Experienced Payroll Manager to work initially on a Temporary basis that has the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. This will be an ongoing role until further notice, the working hours will be Monday to Friday- 8.30am-5pm. The role will entail: - Processing Payroll for around 300 employees using Sage Payroll (Experience using the system is essential). -Checking new starters in payroll have valid ID / Starter pack information -Inputting new starters onto sage system - Processing leavers on sage system -Processing sage so all payslips are prepared and emailed to all staff -Submissions of Payroll data to HMRC / P32 payments summaries printed out and payments to HM RC given to Financial controller to load on the bank -Print out all month end pay run and payroll summaries to keep payroll file for each month up to date -The Sage payroll program sends all data to NOW pensions -Uploading all net pay to the HSBC net bank account to ensure all employees paid If you are interested in the position and you have the experience we are looking for, Please get in touch as we are looking for the right candidate to start as early as Monday morning.
