Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the UK finance function together with a small team. This is a high-visibility business partnering role involving international stakeholder management, including working with Finance Directors in Europe, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and Trade Sales teams. You will play a key role in influencing the UK leadership team with respect to developing new business opportunities, revenue management and budgeting. On a daily basis, you will manage the full P&L for UK, perform scenario analysis, and provide commentaries and advice to the business, and participate in long term strategic planning and decisions. You will prepare business performance reporting packages and make recommendations on forecasts as well as process improvements to optimize costs and increase revenues.
